A luxurious two-story home located on a very large, extremely private, south-west facing conservation lot. A 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom pool home located in The Villages of Legacy Park neighborhood, in Davenport, FL. HWith laminated floor thru the entire property, spacious open floor plan with 3 ensuite master bedrooms, one of which is downstairs and opens onto the pool area. Formal living/dining room, with separate family room eat-in kitchen combo. There is an additional living area upstairs, set up as a sitting room/play room/library. The home is beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped. Ceramic tile in foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms. Private pool with screen with new patio furniture ideal for entertaining family and friends. The garage, is a game room with foosball, pool table, air hockey table and ping pong. Legacy Park is located close to shopping centers, restaurants, and within 15 and 30 minutes from Disney, Universal, and all the water parks, accommodate 10 people.

The house was very nice. Communications was were not always the best. Although all problems were fixed in a timely matter. The trash service there did not pick up on time.

We had a great stay! The house is huge! Tons of rooms and bathrooms. And the game room was a hit. Grass in the back to play on too. The pool was great. Advice-bring a throw blanket or two. There were none that we could find. Ended up covering up on the couch with a beach towel. lol. I would say there ware some normal things around the house they didn’t have even a small bottle of. Like no dish soap. No laundry soap to get you started. A few things like that that you come to expect from vacation rentals, they didn’t have. Communication was a little hard to come by. Replies to questions took a while. All of that to say, we really did love the house and would stay there again. But we would just come more prepared.

The house was spacious for our granddaughters and they enjoyed the pool. We did know that one day when we came back from an outing, someone must have been in the pool. A pool toy was missed and one of the loungers were wet as though someone else enjoyed the pool for the day. That didn't make us or our granddaughters very comfortable. Next time we would rent a VRBO back in a gated community, not a subdivision.
