About this house rental
This villa was built in 2005 and equipped with all new and luxury furniture by the new owner in April, 2010. With 3400 sf, 7 bedrooms, 5 full baths, three master suites, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, great room, air-conditioned game room (equipped with billiard pool table and air-hocky table), high-speed internet access and a large private screened heated pool/spa, the villa has everything you can ask for in a dream vacation home. Accommodating up to 16 people comfortably, it provides the perfect setting for a large family reunion or a get-together of two or three small families.
Located in the community of Legacy Park, Davenport, the villa is within 10-15 minutes drive to Disney main gate, about 20 minutes drive to Universal Studio/Islands of Adventure and Sea World, and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Legacy Park is 1.5 mile south of highway 27 and road 192, with quick and easy access to highway 27 and I-4, which is lined with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, car rental services, etc., all within 10 minutes drive of the villa. There is a Super Walmart just a 2 minute drive away.
Davenport is known as golfer's paradise. It has some of the best golf courses in the country, including award-winning Championgate, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lake Championship Golf Courses, all of which are within 10 minutes of drive from the villa, making it the ideal choice for golfers.
The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms, three of them are master suites with their private bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser and cable TV. There are total 10 beds in the villa (2 King, 2 Queens, 6 Twins) plus a sofa sleeper and a baby crib. Highchair and stroller are also included.
The spacious great room is the center of the villa, providing entertainment and relaxation as well as access to all other rooms and the pool. It has a sofa set and an entertainment center. There is a flat screen TV with cable channels, a VCR player, a DVD player, game cube with game, collection of books, puzzles and board games for those who prefer to unwind indoor after a long day of hard play. For the ultimate in outdoor relaxation, head for the covered lanai that is fitted with plush patio furniture and the private screened pool/spa that can be heated at your option.
The extra large kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, ice-maker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, cooking and dining utensils. Whether you miss your home gourmet or would like to cut cost over expensive restaurant dining, all you need is to pick up grocery from a nearby store. There is also a dining area with a table for 8. BBQ grill is available upon your request.
The two-car garage has laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer). Baby gear is available at no extra charge. Pool/spa and lawn are maintained weekly by property manager who can also be contacted for extra cleaning service or any problems you may have during your stay in the villa. This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable).
Activities
Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity.
The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.
To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

The home was very nice and had more than enough room for a party of 13. It's close to everything, and in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a small issue with the door locks and the management company responded quickly and resolved it. The only issues we have with the rental was that the ad shows a picture of a games room with a pool table and air hockey table, and that was one of the reasons we chose this home over a different one. But there were no pool/air hockey tables in the residence. The boys were disappointed, and the ad should be updated to reflect that change, so people aren't misled about what amenities are in the home. Also the ad states that one of the rooms with two beds has two queen beds, but the double rooms are all twin beds. Again we found this appealing when choosing a rental house and were disappointed to find all twin beds. The home is well equipped with dishes/towels, etc. The pool area was comfortable and had enough seating for everyone. We didn't pay for pool heat, and the water was quite cold most days. (But the boys didn't seem to mind). If you're going before April, you may want to add the pool heat to make it more comfortable. One piece of advice is to leave extra time if you're going to the parks, etc. as the traffic can be quite heavy and add a lot of time to your travel. Overall, the home is beautiful, and we would stay there again.

The house is huge. The pictues do not do the house any justice. If you want a huge house, this is the one. It's not perfect, but it's huge. The house has some minor imperfections. Still a good deal. Plus, the pool is always good for a night swim. Other places don't care about their pool. This house takes care of it's pool. Nice!

The stay was great! The pool was a lot of fun, small but fun. We cooked at the house most nights and all the items were there we needed to do so. I would suggest this house to anyone or stay again.

The property is not up to date. It was also not clean. The furniture is old and stained and didn't match. The televisions in all bedrooms were 19" and one of those didn't work. We paid for the heated pool and spa. At the time of payment, noone told us that it would take 3 or 4 days to heat. Atime of p
