Πολύ καλοί και φιλικοί ιδιοκτήτες. Απόλυτα καθαρό. Σε ιδανικό σημείο. Ωραία αυλή. Ανακαινισμένο, όλα καινούργια. Καλό aircondition. Ωραίο ντους. Ωραίο υπέρδιπλο στρώμα.
Στενόμακρο, κάπως ημιυπόγειο και κυρίως πολύ χαμηλοτάβανο (πρώην κελάρι ή αποθήκη;) που δίνει μια έντονα κλειστοφοβική αίσθηση. Δεν μπορείς να σηκωθείς από το κρεβάτι εύκολα γιατί ο ελεύθερος χώρος είναι μπροστά και όχι στο πλάι και πάλι όμως είναι χαμηλά για να σηκωθείς. Μικρό παράθυρο χωρίς σίτα οπότε δεν μπορείς να το αφήσεις ανοιχτό, κάτι που ενισχύει την αίσθηση υπογείου/χαμηλοτάβανου. Ειδικά ο χώρος του κρεβατιού μπορεί να φανεί ασφυκτικός.
