About this chalet rental
L'ATELIER, modern 3 * chalet, spacious, bright, ideally located.
On the heights of our small village, on the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows, we offer our comfortable cottage. Opened in 2008, we welcome you with families, couples, friends.
In RDC, a big space of life, with space cooks very equipped, living room dining room. A bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. Washing machine.
From the kitchen you have access to the covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture, table football, and giving access to the enclosed grounds, trees, (swing, BBQ, clothesline,)
Floor: 1 double bedroom, dressing room, bed 160/200.
1 children's room, 2 beds of 90/190 which can make only one big of 180/190, storage and games.
1 mezzanine bedroom, independent and not busy with a 90/190 bed, library, games.
All our mattresses are memory-shaped.
1 separate WC.
Secure stairs, up and down.
Heating by pellet stove. Inertia radiator in the rooms.
Charges are not included in the rental rate, to be paid on the day of arrival, as well as the deposit and tourist tax.
The charges :
- summer (water, electricity, gas) 35 € per week rental, or 5 € per night.
- winter (summer charges + heating) 60 € per week rental, or 8. 57 € per night.
Deposit of 550 € by check or cash, returned within 7 days.
Provide a certificate of holiday insurance for your stay.
