Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad y relación calidad-precio.
Dificultad para encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones. No obstante, se puede encontrar aparcamiento gratuito (al margen de parkings subterráneos y estacionamiento regulado en superficie), aunque con alguna dificultad, en un radio de 5 a 10 minutos a pie.

El piso es maravilloso, amplio, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo que necesitas para la estancia. Además, está al lado del centro de Logroño y puedes llegar a todos los sitios caminando. El trato por parte de las propietarias ha sido muy bueno y agradecemos muchísimo su acogida y atención. Muchísimas gracias también por los detalles de la botella de vino y el bizcocho, ha sido como estar en casa.
