✻ 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one of them also has a bath.
✻ Large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with flat screen cable TV & a Bluray player.
✻ The kitchen has a full-size oven, fridge with freezer compartment & dishwasher.
✻ Terrace doors lead to a sunny terrace & a private garden with table, chairs & a parasol.

To ensure complete transparency, please be assured that all costs are shown on this website and there are no hidden extras to pay when you arrive. Apart from the cost of the rental, your only other costs will be:
✻ A final cleaning fee of €130. This will be included in your costs when you book the apartment.
✻ A security deposit of €250. This is to protect us against damage and to ensure the apartment remains smoke free. It will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure if you do not cause any damage and do not smoke inside the apartment.
✻ Tourist Taxes. All tourist visitors to Austria must pay the Tourist Tax. The fee is €3 per person per night (from 1st December 2020, €2,70 before this date). Anyone aged 15 (during the year of travel) or over must pay. When we receive your booking, we will contact you to advise how much tax is due. It must be paid in CASH on arrival. The taxes are paid to the Bad Gastein council. In return you will receive a Gastein Card for each guest. These cards provide small discounts for travel and tourist attractions within the valley.
