Bad Gastein

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Sehr niedriger Wasserdruck, Haus nur über eine vereiste Treppe erreichbar, Waschmaschine außerhalb des Hauses.

Tolle Maisonette-Wohnung nähe Bad Gastein mit viel Platz

Die Lage ist super, Bad Gastein kann zu Fuß erreicht werden, auch die Haltestelle für den Skibus ist fußläufig. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Aufsperren mit dem Türcode ging sehr unkompliziert. Es waren auch genügend Handtücher für alle vorhanden. Auch ein Staubsauger und ein Kinder-Hochstuhl waren in der Wohnung was für uns sehr praktisch war. W-Lan hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Leider hat das Haus das in zwei Ferienwohnungen unterteilt ist ein zu kleines Warmwasser-Reservoir. Somit war duschen am Abend oder generell Warmwasser aus der Leitung am Abend nicht möglich bzw. vorhanden. Da in dem Haus ja insgesamt Platz für 14 Erwachsene ist, müsste das dringend geändert werden. Gerade im Winterurlaub nach dem Skifahren sollte eine Dusche mit Warmwasser am Abend möglich sein.

Struttura molto accogliente, con dettagli davvero curati! La vista sulla vallata è così piacevole! La cucina è dotata di ogni comfort e gli ampi spazi della zona giorno permettono di godersi le serate in casa con gli amici! Proprietari molto gentili e pronti a dare consigli utili!

Kellemes apartman csodaszép helyen, sajnos tisztasági problémával.

Csodálatos panoráma nyílik az apartmanból. A belváros pár perc sétával elérhető. A főút mellett fekszik, mégis csendes. Felszereltség szempontjából tökéletes, minden megtalálható benne.

A tisztasággal problémánk volt, érkezésünkkor olyan érzésünk volt, mintha az épületben, hetek óta nem tartózkodott volna már senki sem. Pókok és bogarak az épületen belül minden felé, emiatt rengeteg pókháló volt. Kaptunk emiatt extra takarítást, a takarító csoport kb. 50% munkát végzett csak. Az alsó szinten dohos szag volt, amelyet a kihelyezett légfrissítők sem tudtak elnyomni. Az internet kapcsolat nem túl stabil egy teljes nap kimaradt internet kapcsolat nélkül, mivel a másik apartmanban lévő routerhez nem fértünk hozzá.
