We had a very nice stay at this VRBO. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is close to the clubhouse, although we did drive there because it was so hot. We were always able to find parking.
My only complaint is that we could've used a couple more dish towels - only one was provided. :) Other than that it was very nice.

We decided on a last minute trip to Florida, so places available were minimum. Honestly we've been the ones to spend 3k on a place for a week just for special theming for the kids, but that wasn't in the budget this trip. We went with cheaper, but it was worth it! The place doesn't come off as cheap at all. The set-up is 100%. Only complaint was the one room upstairs with two beds, the beds were to uncomfortable for an adult weight, but fine for a child's weight. I've seen previous comments regarding TV remotes, yes we had to play with the TVs to get the boxes hooked back up, but with guests coming and going and probably hooking in their own devices, that's expected and common sense. Pool heat is 100% worth it and we enjoyed the pool. The view from the pool is really nice on early mornings. Only issue we had was the back pool light not working and they fixed it right away.
Check-in is more difficult than necessary if you book last minute, but they let us add a last minute night on while we were there so that was appreciated.
We did SeaWorld for most of our days, it's about 30-40 minute drive with heavy traffic.

Very nice! House was clean and looked like the photos in the posting. The pool was very small but the resort pool is huge so the kids used it some to splash around in. Overall it was a great vacation property. The only complaint I have was with trash pickup. There is a container on every porch to put bagged trash in. They pick it up everyday except for Wednesday and Saturday. On Sunday we had two bags because there was no trash pick up the day before so I put both bags in the bin. The bin wouldn’t fully close because it’s only big enough to hold one 12-14 gallon bag of trash at a time. When I went out Sunday morning there was a note on the door from the trash pickup saying the bin was not fully closed so they did not pick up the trash! I ended up driving it down to the community trash bin but I thought it was crazy they didn’t pick it up because the bin wasn’t fully closed. Also they will not pick up any loose trash from the bin, which was fine except the bin was half full of loose trash when we arrived. I cleaned it out when I left so I wouldn’t get charged but just some things to keep in mind. Other than that, I had no issues and we had a really great time!

We went without air for a whole night and morning. Our bed was broke and we had to fix it temporarily until they semi fixed it the next day. They did communicate well when I called but I had to call the emergency line. It definitely needs updating. The blinds were broke in the sliding glass door and the air vent was hanging from one of the bathroom ceilings. The resort itself was ok. The guard at the front took his job seriously, which I appreciated.
