Gorgeous vacation Villa on the hugely popular gated resort of Paradise Palms within a few moments walk of the large Clubhouse and zero entry family swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness facility, theatre, games room and much more that is sure to please everyone in the family. Paradise Palms is ideally located a short distance to Disney World, Epcot and Animal Kingdom.
This well maintained property of 2024 sq ft, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms arranged over 2 floors only. Sleeping up to 12 people, this home provides bedrooms on both floors as well as spacious, well equipped accommodation including two king sized suites (one on the first floor)and a good sized rear pool deck and parking.
The screened in private swimming pool let's everyone enjoy the warm sunshine right outside your patio doors as well as keeps away the Florida bugs!

Parking Information:
Please be mindful of all posted parking signs throughout the resort. Every townhome has 1 numbered reserved spot. Spots without a number are available to all guests. Street parking is allowed, but do not block sidewalks, or driveways. Parking violations may result in towing enforced by Paradise Palms Resort.
Trash Information:
Please ensure all trash is secured in trash bags and put inside the trash bench by the front door. The trash is collected daily but will not be collected if it is not bagged or inside the bench. Excess trash needs to go to the compactor located next to the basketball court.

No Smoking Indoors - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
No Pets Allowed - Pets are not permitted on the property.

Maximum Occupancy - Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
Air Conditioning Use - Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency.
Inventory - Please do not remove any items from the home
Damages - Accidents happen, if any damages occur - please report it to us immediately

We really appreciated the space and location. The home is in a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out. It was mostly clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.We also appreciated the starter supplies provided—things like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry tabs, and dish soap, which helped us get through the first few days without needing to run to the store immediately.That said, our stay came with quite a few inconveniences and maintenance issues: Upon arrival (late at night), we weren’t on the approved guest list and had to call and wait before being allowed entry—an exhausting start after a long day of travel. We had no hot water for the first two days. After several maintenance visits and even a water heater replacement, it wasn’t until the temperature was adjusted again that the issue was resolved. We were locked out on our last full day because the keypad batteries died. After calling management again, we waited about 45 minutes outside until maintenance arrived to let us in. The living room TV didn’t work at first because the remote was missing—we eventually found it in the couch cushions. Most TVs required two remotes (TV satellite/cable). One of the patio chairs had a cushion that slid off; when I went to adjust it, I saw the seat was completely broken. Another chair was the same. We found a pair of earrings on the walkway near the pool—luckily we didn’t step on them them barefoot—and there was loose tra

Good place and lots of large beds. Pool was a little chilly, but place was clean with many extra accessories that we were not expecting. Would stay again.

The fridge was a problem to start but our family got it going. The carpets were gross! Stains and not clean, we had to sweep them. The repair guy came two days later for the fridge and just looked and left. We stayed in this location before and love the amenities but the house could have been cleaned a little better.
