We offer flexible check in after 3 p.m. The entry door is equipped with an electronic deadbolt allowing you flexibility and convenience, simply enter your code and you are in. Our guests will be provided a unique passcode to enter prior to their arrival, it will expire when you check out. There is no need to worry about a key, the code is all you will need to access the apartment during your stay.

We came into town for Aggie Day. Great location; took 20 minutes to walk to campus. Monica was very responsive when we had questions. We even had a plumbing issue while there and she took care of it right away. I did notice there were some cooking utensils missing that would be useful (measuring cups/spoons) but we didn’t end up cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and in a great location to be able to enjoy all the fun experiences that downtown Davis has to offer. Monica, our hostess, was very responsive and helpful; the experience of working with her felt similar to booking with a friend. Thank you for a great stay!

Just a short walk to the farmers market and other downtown amenities. A couple of minor issues were quickly resolved by maintenance.
