San Lorenzo, 100 meters from the sea and 3 km from Marzamemi

A house in a beautiful setting of this part of Sicily. The house is located on a wide driveway accessible by car, with lots of typical Mediterranean green, well-kept private gardens and tall palm trees. Bove Marino is located between Marzamemi and San Lorenzo is a seaside resort with low houses. About 1 km away is the Vendicari coastal reserve which can also be reached via the beach. The maritime village of Marzamemi is about 2 km away.

The house is located only 100 meters from the sea so you do not need to use the car, you can choose between the beautiful cliff with sandy bottom or the beach connected to that of San Lorenzo. The house consists of a bedroom with two single beds, two double bedrooms or twin beds, one with a bathroom, another bathroom in the sleeping area, a large living room with kitchen, fireplace, relaxation area, dining table and open kitchen . There is also an outdoor shower with a bath. From the living room leads to the veranda. Around the house there is a beautiful lawn and tall trees and a comfortable driveway with a carport.
