About this apartment rental
Attractive apartment in a 150-year-old farmhouse in Lower Silesia, a beautiful area in southwest Poland at the foot of the Giant Mountains. The farm has been renovated with a sense of detail and sustainability into a beautiful guest house surrounded by 10 hectares of fields, forests and hills. The interior is a mix of rural antiques, brocante and industrial elements, truly an environment to completely unwind.
This apartment is suitable for 1-6 persons and is located on the first floor. Three rooms, each with a wardrobe, bathroom with sink and toilet. A bedroom with two single beds of 90x200. The other bedroom has a double bed of 180x200 and in the living room there is also a double sofa bed (extension to 6 pax), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric 2-burner stove. This apartment is located at the back of the country house and can be reached via a private entrance from the outside.
During your stay at Dom Sokolik you can start from the holiday home with beautiful walks in the area. The Sokolik mountains are already half an hour's walk away. There are already a few castles within walking distance and you will find many more by mountain bike or car. The estate borders the river Bobr, where upriver canoe trips can be made. In addition to the beautiful nature, there are still beautiful cities to visit such as Jelenia Gora and Wroclaw, the history that characterizes this region can also be felt here and can be viewed in one of the museums. And then there is the Giant Mountains where all winter sports are possible, but especially in the summer it is great for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding.

Ein schönes Quartier mit nostalgischem Charme. Wenn man einen abgelgenen Platz in der Natur fernab vom Großstadtlärm sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Es eignet sich für Wanderungen in den nahen Falkenbergen oder für Ausflüge ins Riesengebirge.

Prachtige gerenoveerde boerderij die rust uitstraalt. Wij hadden het appartement van 75m2. Heerlijke douche!
Het appartement mist wat opbergruimte. Op de slaapkamers is geen (kleding)kast. Beneden was 1 hangkast met 2 hangers. Niet praktisch met een gezin, wij hebben uit de tassen geleefd.
Ook is het 2pits kookplaatje niet te doen. Er past maar 1 grote pan op. Verder was een combimagnetron en een plank boven het aanrecht handig geweest. Gelukkig is uit eten niet duur in Polen :)
De omgeving is mooi, maar wandelen rechtstreeks vanuit de boerderij valt wat tegen. Dan moet je toch wel een poosje langs de weg lopen.
