Enjoy the tranquility of a private getaway. Sunset Nook Cottage is nestled nicely on a beautiful, level lot with over 300 ft. of waterfront on a secluded bay. In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the sunny front porch, or walk to the coffee shop in town. Drop a line in the water from the dock or from one of two kayaks available, for the early morning catch. Choose from one of three award-winning golf courses for your 'hole in one', while your wife enjoys the local Spa. Don't waste a minute of your lake time, throw your clubs in the boat and motor to your golf course! Afterwards, Waterski back to your cottage. Start up your grill for 'catch' from the day, and relax with an ice cold beverage on your private patio. Or take a picnic to the beach. But first, soothe your muscles in your jetted tub. After dinner, take the family to the park or a bike ride. Relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery, an abundance of water-loving birds, outstanding fishing and breathtaking sunsets. That is just Day One! The view from the cottage is so amazing, you can experience the outdoors from the comfort of the cottage. Spend Christmas at the cottage, Ring in the New Year, Valentines Day Surprise, Anniversary Celebration, Women's getaway. Take in the fabulous color changes in the trees, the snow glistening off the lake, snowmobile, cross-country ski, snow shoe, and fish year round. Be there for the first melt of the Spring, when the birds once again begin to sing and the buds are forming on the trees. Witness the awakening of the new season.

It is private and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. Not only are you able to see the lake from all but one room, it also is only 25 feet from the water. Excellent for the novice to serious Golfer, Romantic Escape, Family Retreat, Girl's Getaway, Individual getaway for all including Writers and Audubon seekers, Fishing buddies, snowmobile fun, ice skating and cross country fun!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch taking in the beautiful view. The house had everything we needed and is well placed to walk around the town. Great AC. The house was thoughtfully decorated which made for a delightful atmosphere.

The cottage was just as described - very clean and ready to go. The only drawback (which I knew could be an issue when I booked) was the cottage only have one bathroom. We were tired of juggling one bathroom pretty quickly. It was stand alone (not attached to a bedroom) as well. Other than this we would definitely consider this property again.
I was caught off guard by the last minute rental agreement - it was a pain to try and access as this rental was in the middle of our vacation and I was already away from reliable internet access. This could have been avoided if the documents were provided much earlier. Other than this hiccup the owner was very responsive.

Great property! No issues, very clean, great location, simple check-in, and easy checkout! We enjoyed watching the ducks come and go from the backyard, and the park next door was a big hit with our son. We hope to be back soon!!
