Overall the house aligns to the pricing. It is no frills but generally clean and has the necessities. Access to the house was easy and there is ample parking. You are close enough to downtown and other activities. My only heads up (literally) is that the two upstairs bedrooms have very slanted ceilings so for grown adults (especially taller ones) it can be challenging to move around the space, but if you had kids, it would be great.

While this VRBO had the sleeping beds we needed, it was definitely run down, hot(2 fans/bedroom should have been our clue)musty and had a strange outdoor area considered to be their picnic area. There backyard could have been awesome, but access to it was difficult and no chairs or table. You could eat in their garage instead. I guess when we go to lake country we hope to be outdoors most of our time. Last, but not least I think VRBO owners should use waterproof mattress pads incase of a child’s unexpected accident or unforeseen spill. We had that and it could have been an easy wash, but instead we were charged for an easy fix. This was very disappointing to us. We will definitely look for a place ON the lake next time.
