For those people who like to spend their time on the beach or just sitting out on the terrace taking in the sun, Villa Kyle is ideal. It’s just a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach where you will find a host of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
Just another couple of minutes walk will take you into the resort centre. Situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area, the villa has been beautifully furnished and equipped by the owners to ensure you have everything at hand in comfortable surroundings to maximise the enjoyment of your holiday.
The tastefully furnished air conditioned lounge with IPTV with hundreds of channels including BBC, ITV, CH 4 and 5, full Sky package with sports and movies, DVD player, X box 1, and CD/HiFi, has patio doors which lead out to the large very private south-facing terrace where there is an extended pergola should you require shade from the hot summer sun.
The solar and electrically heated swimming pool ensure a constant warm temperature throughout the year, and the pool is gated to ensure complete safety for the youngsters. It is also a saltwater pool, so no harsh chemicals for tender skin.
Back inside, the spacious open plan lounge has a dining area seating 6. There is an air-conditioned ensuite master bedroom with a large double bed and beautiful hardwood fitted wardrobes, an air-conditioned twin bedroom and another bathroom.
The fully fitted modern kitchen has everything you will need if you decide to forgo the many lovely restaurants close by which cater for all tastes.
As the owners have a young family of their own and use the villa for their own holidays, there are many children’s toys and games, including a baby walking car. The owners have also created a lovely artificial grass play area with small football net and toys.
Please note the air-conditioning units are coin operated.
Mid-clean/linen change available upon request at an extra cost of €35 per week.
WiFi is available at 20 GBP per week – payable at the villa. For quality accommodation, location and affordability, you will find this villa hard to beat.

The villa was lovely we spent a week there. The outdoor pool was heated which was lovely. The host left us complimentary tea coffee milk etc which was a nice touch. Also good instructions for alarm etc. the only downside was the walk to the main area which took about 15mins but on the plus side the taxis were only about 3.50. If you want somewhere decent to eat I recommend the gondola. Very good staff and amazing food

Another return trip to this villa, once again it lived up to our expectations hence we are returning again in Sept 2025 and June 2026.If you want value for money and a quite location then this villa should suffice.

The property has all the facilities to enjoy your holiday. The Villa is very comfortable and located in a quiet area just 15 mins walk from the beach/town. Sadly for us our stay was hampered by poor " local management" with issues that we had at the beginning. Renovation work on a property behind us also affected our privacy (no fault of the owners) and there was daily noise throughout the day. The pool was the best we had ever had in the many villas we have stayed in in terms of warmth but once again at the beginning of our holiday we had cleanliness issues, and on top of this the pump actually failed just before the end of our holiday. Overall we did enjoy a great holiday but on this occasion a few things took the edge off of it.
