Mr. Mohamed was very welcoming and helpful! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is so lively, and the apartment is very calm. Definitely going to be my go to place everytime I'm in Cairo

أنا من سلطنة عمان ، حقيقة الشقة غير عن الصور كانت افضل عن صور البوكينج ، والمكان افضل بكثير ، موقع شقة رهيب عند كل الخدمات و صاحب شقة انسان طيب ولكن يوجد سلبية اذكرها في خانة لم يعجبني .
شقة نظيفة و جيدة ولكن مزعجه لا يوجد عازل في النوافذ تسمع ما في شارع ، شي الآخر عن المالك طريقة تصرفه غريبه و أول مؤجر أشوفه يتحدث بهذه الطريقة ، عندما كان يعلمني عن استخدام ادوات الشفة يقولي بأن سخان ما يحتاج تشغله الآن حراره و التكييف يقول حاول ما تشغله كثير على أساس الكهرباء زادت اسعارها ، من ثم مساء فالليل رسل لي يريد أن اساعده في دفع فاتورة الكهرباء يقولي عادي خلي المفتاح مع أي مبلغ ، الآن المؤجر ما دخله في الكهرباء وهو جاي مستأجر و دافع اجار ، على برنامج البوكينج متابعة شروطه مع المؤجر ، علما شقة داخل لها عصرا ساعه 4 و خارج الفجر ساعه 4:45 ساعات قليله و دافع 14 ريال عماني
