The owner is very friendly and they communicate with you almost immediately after booking. The place is near the center near amazing shops, pharmacies and restaurants
The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator in the building.. but the owner do send people to take your bag up and down for check-in and check-out

Pretty much everything is great. Nice bright and modern apartment in a quiet ‘new’ neighbourhood. Close to good restaurants and a big supermarket with all items and food.
Easy check in, the best communication (thank you), and only 13 minutes to the airport.

• Service: Outstanding. I would like to thank Nouran in particular, who was extremely attentive, caring, always available, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
• Cleanliness: Everything was spotless and well-prepared, I truly felt at home.
• Location: Very close, easily accessible, and most importantly, safe.
Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ahmed’s Sunny Haven Apartment in Cairo. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The apartment was incredibly cozy, tastefully furnished, and had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city — more than just a place to sleep, it was a space where I could relax and feel completely at ease.
Ahmed and Noran were exceptional hosts. They were always available and incredibly helpful with anything I needed. Whether it was advice about the city, help with transportation, or just general questions, they were supportive and attentive in every way. I especially appreciated Noran’s kindness and quick assistance — it made a big difference during my stay.
Everything about my experience exceeded expectations. I would return to this apartment in a heartbeat, and I genuinely hope to stay here again in the future. It was a dream stay, and I’m so grateful for the hospitality, care, and beautiful space. Thank you so much, Ahmed and Noran, for everything!
