The place is really comfy. You cannot ask more from a Camping. The girls in the staff were super friendly as well.

The pictures show the individual tents as in super secluded areas, when in fact, they're right there in between the 4 people tents.

A cool place to stay in Hitzacker.

We loved this place. The cabin was perfect for both of us. We were at cabin 4+ and it was well kept and managed. Checking in was smooth and staff and reception was waiting for us as we were arriving late at night around 8pm. We love the concept, the amenities and the hot water after our 100km cycling trip from Hamburg was out of this world. We used the washing machine and dryer provided, and it was free of charge. Netto and Lidl are just around the corner if you are looking for something other than organic stuffs serves at the cafe. We falling in love with this place. Next time we should try the hot tub and sauna.

Not a peaceful stay and expensive for what it is

A nice idea to be “green” with interesting designs for cabins, composting toilets, solar power, recycling. Good bistro on site

A big group were booked into several cabins and they drank and made noise from 18:00 to midnight. The request for quiet from 10pm means nothing. Staff unconcerned. Much waste produced that cannot be recycled. Not much privacy.

Hitzacker's absolute gem

💛💛💛 Destinature Dorf is not just an alternative accomodation near the riverside of Hitzacker but also the idea and the community, the colleagues, the whole place is amazing. I could have been stayed much longer. Thanks guys for this place!

Simply awesome!

Location is excellent. There’s a grocery store across the street. The town Is 10 minute walk. We’re bike touring along the Elbe River, so being outdoor made it easier to manage our bikes. Very clean, well equipped lidging.

Sehr durchdachtes System, alles sehr sauber und die Hütten beheizbar. Das Bistro ist ebenfalls sehr schön und hat sehr guten Kaffee und Kuchen.

Eine gute Unterkunft für Radler und Campingfreunde.

Eine ideale Unterkunft für Radfahrer und alle, die es etwas schlicht mögen. Es ist Camping in einer Holzhütte fürs Bett mit Vorzelt. Unsere Hütte hatte keine eigene Sanitärzelle. Das Schlafklima war sehr angenehm. Von einer kurzen Störung durch ein Servicefahrzeug abgesehen ein ruhiger Schlafplatz. Das Camp liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt.

Das Frühstück war gut aber relativ teuer. So viel zahlt man auch in guten Hotels, wo das Angebot deutlich besser ist. In der Cafeteria konnte man zu Abend essen. Auch da waren die Preise für die Speisen gehobener als das Essen. Es herrschte wohl ein gewisser Personalengpass, was zu längeren Wartezeiten führte. Ist im Urlaub akzeptabel.

Das Frühstück ging so. Aufgebackene Brötchen etc. Betten sehr bequem.

Kommunikation im Vorfeld eine Katastrophe. Man wird man Mails bombardiert, aber dann geht nichts. Kein Upgrade, keine online Check in, auf mehrfache Nachfrage keine Antwort. Personal wirkt überfordert.

Übernachtung entlang des Elbe-Radwegs

Das Destinature ist eine ganz tolle und besondere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in der Natur. Wir hatten eine Blockhütte mit zwei Betten, Strom und einer eigenen Bio-Toilette. Die Hütte war sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Das Destinature Gelände bietet für Groß und Klein viele Annehmlichkeiten.

Wir hatten auf einer Radtour jeweils ein Einzelzelt. Wenn es nicht regnet, ist das super. Die gesamte Anlage ist ziemlich neu und sehr gepflegt.Personal sehr freundlich. Verpflegung zu vernünftigen Preisen möglich.

Glamping fur Städter

Das kleine Hüttendorf liegt perfekt am Elberadweg, leider ist es erst ab 2 Nächten buchbar (sehr schade! ) Die einfachen Hütten sind wirklich gut konstruiert, aber nicht ganz sinnvoll aufgebaut (die kleinen Regale & wenigen Kleiderhaken und die Türluken behindern sich gegenseitig - dabei ist für alles mehr als genug Platz).

Anstelle der unpraktischen Fensterklappen in den Türen (die man schnell mal gegen den Kopf bekommt oder sich die Finger klemmt) wäre ein Moskitonetz für die gesamte Türöffnung viel praktischer - dann könnte man bei geöffneten Türen schlafen. Und die Schiebe-Fenster braucht es größer, für eine richtige Belüftung (bzw. hier passen auch, nach außen öffnende, Fensterläden hin). Alles hier ist GRAU: überall das verwitternde Holz, die morschen Planen, die Baugerüst-Stangen... Bei Schiet-Wetter ist das echt deprimierend.
