About this house rental
Our house is located at Pontal de Jurerê / Daniela beach. A beautiful, quiet beach with calm waters, fine white sand, ideal for families. The house is very close to the beach of Daniela, is 100m. It is on the first avenue that crosses the resort.
The room is equipped with internet, air conditioning and bathroom, box bed and bunk bed. The Cama box has a massager built into the Requintare Bioquantico therapeutic magnetic mattress with chromotherapy.
Our house is new, newly built, we put all the best and the best for our comfort. We thought of having a mini spa for exclusive use. However we decided to rent also due to the large expenses with gardening, pool maintenance and solar heating system, Iptu.
The space will be totally yours. There are two 360m2 land, 600 meters of lawn for children and adults to play, with an external bathroom. Hydromassage pool with six nozzles, chromotherapy and solar heating.
It has a sun lounger and we offer beach chairs (2) and parasol.
I was born in Curitiba, I lived 16 years in Blumenau, I live in Florianópolis for 27 years, in the meantime I also lived in the United States and France, so I speak English fluently and I understand French, Italian and Spanish. I know the island and region very well and can give tips and even follow on tours, trails, gastronomy, shopping and whatever else I can to make your experience fantastic. Answered as available
Good Morning! The pool has a solar heater that doesn't get overheated, but at least it's not cold if it's sunny. The temperature averages 30 degrees if it is sunny. The bed is box, with therapeutic mattress with ions, has massager and chromotherapy. It has a bunk bed with new mattresses with good density. The sheets are new and white like hotel. The air conditioner is hot and cold. The showers have three are: two electric in the bathrooms and a shower in the pool area (natural water). All furniture is brand new, fridge freezer, stove etc. for summer I will put Wi-Fi. In the pool has massage jets. You can ask your questions I am available.

Instalações muito confortáveis, piscina ótima com aquecimento solar. A praia é um espetáculo à parte. Local tranquilo e seguro, bom para descansar.

Lugar excelente, supriu todas as nossas necessidades.
Embora tenhamos ido um pouco antes do início da quarentena em razão do Covid- 19 e assim não poder aproveitar a linda praia, pudemos desfrutar da piscina que é otima!
Iriana uma anfitriã muito prestativa e simpática.
