Grasstree Spa Studio at River Trails is ideally located mid-way between the town of Margaret River and Prevelly Beach, and within walking / cycling distance of either along a beautiful pathway. River Trails is on eight acres of native forest with abundant flora and fauna, where often you may observe kangaroos in their natural environment. Due to our forest location with few boundaries please note the property is NOT PET FRIENDLY.
Grasstree Spa Studio is a self-contained queen-size spa studio with cathedral ceiling. Quality furnishings, en-suite with double spa bath, walk-in robe, television / DVD, fridge, microwave, tea / coffee (pod machine) making facilties, with reverse cycle air-conditioning. A Mediterranean style kitchen facility is located under the semi-enclosed private verandah (heated), with alfresco breakfast bar for dining.
As our name implies, trails and tracks abound in this area. A scenic walk / cycle way is on your doorstep which will take you past renowned Cape Mentelle Winery into town, or past the golf course to Prevelly beach and world famous surf breaks.

As described and it was so cute and had everything needed for what we wanted. I loved they had thought of so much to have in such small space down to the little bread knife, which was great after we bought fresh unsliced bread. Cheese knives for us to make a little cheese board. Communication was easy and good. Great stay, i would recommend.

Ideal location mid way between the beaches and town. Wonderful “bush” outlook saw kangaroos most days. The studio is the perfect combination of rustc and modern. The hosts are amazing !!

only down fall the pillows weren’t comfy an no bottle opener for our wine 😞

The property is listed as 508 Kevill Rd, Margaret River - it would have been easier if we'd been told it was the first property on the left on Kevill Rd West. The pictures online are decieving - we expected a cottage standing alone but it was attached to the owners home and made us want to be as quiet as possible. The bed was very low to the ground and I'm glad we took a mattress topper as it was needed. The club chairs in the room were not comfortable to sit on for more than 20 minutes, so disappointing considering what was charged. However, the nice touches which included a bottle of wine and some chocolates, was very thoughtful. We liked the outdoor area and the mozzie coils were also a nice touch. We enjoyed the wrens playing in the garden, but sadly didn't see any kangaroos. We also enjoyed the good tank water for drinking.
