Beautiful place to stay

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Marco and Cinzia made us feel right at home and were incredibly welcoming, always looking after us throughout our visit. The location is perfect—it's very quiet and just a five-minute walk from the lake. The beautiful garden and swimming pool were delightful additions to the property. If we return to Lake Como, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Exceptional

We were very satisfied with our stay, the apartment itself offers everything you need. The location of the apartment next to a stream and a quiet street is a very quiet location, with a large parking lot for cars. Outdoor swimming pool, which is a great relaxation for children. 5 min walk to the beach. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, a liter of very tasty red wine awaits you in the apartment, as well as drinks for the children. We can only recommend.👍👍

The apartment is clean, spacious, air conditioning is a big plus, especially in summer. The neighborhood is calm and the location near the lake - very good. We liked the garden very much - with a large swimming pool, a place for active rest and ... a rabbit;) The owners are very nice and helpful, great people. We'll be back there!

Amazing accommodation in a quiet town

We loved everything about this accommodation. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing - on a quiet street with houses, but very close to the train station and the lake (around a 5 minute walk to each). The accommodation was very spacious and clean and it had all the necessities.

The only thing we didn’t quite enjoy was the fact that the walls were pretty thin and you could hear what was happening in the adjacent apartment. We were unlucky to share those thin walls with some people who didn’t see a problem with yelling, shouting, showering for an hour and using the hairdrier between 12-3am. We had a very difficult time resting, but fortunately this happened only one night out of the 4 we stayed. This isn’t necessarily the hosts’ fault, but maybe they could invest in soundproofing the common walls in the future. Everything else was perfect though.

What we liked: the warm welcome of Cinzia and Marco, the excellent location close to the lake and restaurants, and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere in place. Excellent place for holidays in family!

Superb

Great location, Excellent apartment.. A couple of minutes to the lake, ferry service. We kept it as a base to cover the lake and all surrounding villages. The kids loved the place, the garden with the pool. Marco was a great host, was there everyday enquiring and guiding. Definitely recommend

Perfect hidden gem, recently renovated and in a great location! Comfortable stay!

Perfect hidden gem close to the lake but in a quiet residential area! If, like us, you're wondering about the low number of reviews, it's because the place was recently renovated and it's in pristine condition. Plenty of space (the photos don't do it justice), fully equipped and there's also a small pool at the back and space for a barbecue. We were really impressed and hope to return one day!

The only issue we had was with the WiFi - it was spotty at best and it kept dropping, with us needing to reconnect constantly and having to try several times. It seems it was a mobile service, which might not be the best for such a big villa with coverage in all apartments.

The garden is not part of the flat but 2 houses away and shared by 5 parties. Very warm in the flat and lots of moscitos. The noise of the river can be difficult.

Przyjemny apartament, polecamy

To był udany pobyt rodzinny. Mili gospodarze, serdecznie nas przywitali. Apartament spory, było w nim wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Duży plus za świetny duży basen w ogrodzie. Blisko do plaży, w dni robocze plaża nie była mocno przepełniona, w weekend było tam sporo ludzi. Abbadia to bardzo przyjemna miejscowość. Sklepik czynny krótko, jest też piekarnia, otwarta podobnie jak sklep. Jedna lodziarnia z pysznymi lodami, chodziliśmy tam codziennie. Otwarta do 21.30. Większe zakupy robiliśmy w miejscowości obok lub w Lecco. Dobre połączenia z Varenną, jechaliśmy autobusem, bo nie kursowały pociągi. Do Belagio popłynęliśmy promem, bo Abbadia posiada swoją mała przystań. Polecamy.

Bardzo niewygodna sofa w salonie. Nie dało się na niej spać. Podkładaliśmy koce, kołdry i wszystko co możliwe, bo czuć było każdą sprężynę, a przy nawet małym ruchu czy przewracaniu się, skrzypiała i trzeszczała strasznie. To był duży minus tego apartamentu i wielki dyskomfort.

L’accueil chaleureux de Cinzia et Marco, par messages tout d’abord puis sur place; l’appartement spacieux, calme, lumineux et propre, situé à quelques minutes du bord du lac de Côme; tous les équipements nécessaires pour se sentir chez soi; le jardin et sa piscine, géniale à trouver en été… Tout était parfait pour des vacances insouciantes et reposantes. Nous reviendrons avec joie.

Super gospodarze i urocza okolica, idealna na wypoczynek

Super miejsce i uroczy gospodarze. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona, dodatkowo mogliśmy zrobić grilla w ogrodzie (Marco, przygotował dla nam wszystkie przeczy potrzebne do rozpalenia grilla). Na ogródku znajduje się basen, z którego mogliśmy korzystać. Za domem jest uroczy strumień (za płotem, więc nie baliśmy się o dzieci), w którym można się wykąpać - chociaż jak to górska rzeka, do ciepłych nie należy. Właściciele opowiedzieli nam najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy, gdzie jest sklep, jak się poruszać po okolicy, jakie atrakcje warto zobaczyć, gdzie koniecznie zjeść. Byli bardzo mili i uprzejmi.

Geweldig huis op loop afstand van de meer.

De faciliteiten van het huis en de locatie. Er is stromend water van de waterval in de achtertuin. De tuin is een prachtig aanvulling voor het huis van 3 appartementen met een zwembad en andere faciliteiten.

Les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse. La piscine et le wifi que nos ado ont beaucoup apprécié. L'emplacement qui permet de se déplacer très facilement autour du lac, aussi bien en bateau qu'en train (avec la gare d abbadia)

Dobry punkt wypadowy, blisko stacja kolejowa i prom.

Bardzo mili właściciele, na dzień dobry wino i woda 😀. Duży parking, zamknięty teren - duży plus dla gości z psami. Bliskość jeziora i restauracji.

Było trochę problemów z piecem do wody, trzeba go było często restartować. Wyposażenie apartamentu było funkcjonalne ale już nieco zużyte.
