About this house rental
Fantastic vacation spot with a luxurious screened in private pool - this spacious house has all the amenities of home so you'll never want to leave! Just a quick 5 minute drive to the beautiful free public beach, 12 minutes to fun Siesta Village, and 20 minutes to St Armand's Circle with tons of shops and restaurants!
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private access to the patio and pool. The other 2 bedrooms are located in a separate wing of the house, and they share a bathroom and their own pool access. Located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, close to the mall, grocery store, and anything else you might need. We've owned this house for 10 years, and we absolutely love the area.

We loved this spacious house for our stay over Spring Break! The pool is so refreshing. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Stocked kitchen, very clean! Loved all the beach chairs, and toys that we could use. I would stay here again with my family easily.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Everything you can think of is provided. Beach accessories-chairs, umbrella, wagon just to name a few. Close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this.
