Villa on the hill with parking, garden, panorama

Located in an ideal geographical context thanks to the tranquility of the area and the proximity of art cities (Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta, Viareggio) and the magnificent beaches of Versilia.
The house can accommodate families of 6/7 people who can easily park their cars on the private access road. The decor is modern and available to guests there are large and small appliances, Wi-Fi Internet access, guides and tourist information on the area and the whole of Tuscany and beach equipment (beach umbrella, beach towels, mats and cooler bag).
The house is on three floors: on the ground floor there is the living room with dining area, the kitchen complete with electric hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, toaster, American coffee machine, dishwasher , pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, ... and a bathroom with shower. You can also have lunch outside the living room on the first terrace with table and chairs. On the first floor there are two double or twin rooms depending on the request: one room faces the second terrace where you can sit admiring the view of the Tyrrhenian coast and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago; the other overlooks the internal garden. Each room has a fan. On this floor is the main bathroom with toilet, sink, shower with box, bidet, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. You reach the large terrace with pergola which is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers and barbecue. You then go up to the attic where there are 2 single beds, from here you have a wonderful view of the Tyrrhenian coast (from Torre del Lago Puccini to Pisa and Livorno) and on the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. In the attic there is a television with a big screen and a fan. Here is another bathroom with shower. On request, the seventh bed can be added in this room.
On the back of the house there is a garden with plants typical of the Mediterranean vegetation (sage, rosemary, lavender, lemon) and, in September, you can taste the grapes directly from the pergola.

For walkers, from the apartment you can start walking or mountain biking in the country and then reach the surrounding villages: these allow you to admire the view of the coast from the Gulf of La Spezia up to Livorno, on islands of the Archipelago of Tuscany and Corsica or in the mountains of Camaiore up to the Apuan Alps both to enter the woods of chestnut and pine trees that slope down towards the city of Camaiore.

For lovers of good food, information is available on the best restaurants in the area and the possibility of buying products directly from the producers: oil, wine, pecorino cheese, eggs, vegetables and fruit. For experienced cooks, courses in typical Tuscan cooking can also be organized.

The apartment is available to guests from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
The guest will be welcomed by us and all the characteristics of the house will be illustrated in the main European languages: German, English, French and, of course, Italian. For the entire stay we will be available to assist our guest by providing all the information and information necessary for a perfect holiday!
