The location was great for exploring downtown and the river trail. The instructions to get in were easy to follow, and we didn't need to contact anyone. There was an event going on when we arrived that had limited parking options for the couple traveling with us. They were able to secure parking a short walk away. The apartment was a little bigger than I was expecting, and was very clean and orderly.
More signage out to get your attention from the street. We drove by it the first time, because we couldn't see "Mint House" from the street we were on. There are a number of other things in the building, so better signage may help.

Enjoyed Lemoncellos and Papi's Tacos!!!
Absolutely nothing I could think of that we didn't enjoy!! We enjoyed walking around the asthetic area with flowers, trees and shrubs coming alive for their spring and summer show!

Beautiful and very clean. Great location and very roomy and loved the kitchen and washer and dryer.

It was close to everything in walking distance.
Problem with the parking pass and communication with KASA. Sofa, floors and window were dirty. Both bedrooms had trees outside their window that constantly banged against the window.
