Location. Apartment vs a “room “. Very comfortable and spacious. Smart check in and out. Operators super efficient.
The hallway carpet has an increasingly unpleasant Oder. Not like cleaning disinfectant. Not easily identifiable but definitely has a toxic chemical smell.

Easy access and convenient location
Parking and bed. Bed too low to the floor. Unless you are younger I would not recommend . Also no TV in bedroom

The location is the BEST! In the middle of downtown Greenville, "literally". The central location does not hinder it's quiet, peaceful offset location. The kitchen is well appointed, loved the balcony, closet space abound and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. The entrance and exit procedures are easy and very safe. Parking(street) is not very difficult.
For the sake of our 11yr. old grandson, a pool and deck area would've been ideal. We are fine as it is, although it would have helped us entertain and host him at our lodging.

It was close to everything in walking distance.
Problem with the parking pass and communication with KASA. Sofa, floors and window were dirty. Both bedrooms had trees outside their window that constantly banged against the window.
