最後のコメントにあった問題点（浴室のタオルハンガー・洗面所の排水不全・キッチンナイフの不具合・アイロン台の損壊）は、すべて改善されていました。最寄りの地下鉄絵ヴァンゲリスモス駅から公園を出てヴァシレオス・コンスタンティンディヌ大通りを渡り、スピル・メリクーリ通りの３つ目角（OKマートがある）を左折したアンディノロス通りを50ｍほど進んだ左側、大きな荷物があっても比較的楽にたどり着ける近さにある。大理石の床が夏場にはひんやりしていて過ごしやすく、ダウンライトに反射して室内が明るくなる。エアコンもWiFiも完備。洗濯機があるのはうれしい（洗剤はない）。食器類・調理用具も一通りある。バスルームは広くて使いやすい。
大きな問題点が２つ。一つは冷蔵庫の不具合で、庫内が全く冷えなかった。夏に冷蔵庫が使えないのは本当に困る。クリスチーナに連絡すると翌々日には対応すると言ってくれたが、結局、使えるようにはならなかった。多分、修理に出すか、買い替えなければならないから、一朝一夕には改善できなかったのだろう。二つ目の問題は、ゴキブリの出現。入室初日から毎日、計６匹が現れて処理に悩まされた。冷蔵庫の様子を見に来た際に殺虫剤を置いて行ってくれたが、出現自体を止めることはできす、日々ゴキブリの巣に自分が帰ってこなければならないという状況には気が滅入った。おそらく、ガルソニエーラという半地下の部屋の位置、建物内ではなくゴミ箱のある外部道路に直接面している立地条件、夏季の暑さという気候条件が重なったせいだろうが、浴室の排水溝から出てくると思われるゴキブリとは、とても共存できるものではない。
