An exceptionally comfortable room, vibrantly decorated in a beach theme. Costantino provided very detailed instructions for check-in, so it was a breeze. He also sent me many suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area and was extremely responsive via WhatsApp. The facility is really wonderful and is an easy walk from the train station, Castello Svevo, and Spiaggia di Sant'Antonio. The room was cleaned every other day and Costantino messaged me when it was ready. I stayed 10 days but wish I had 10 more. Hoping to re-book next year! Termoli is such a gorgeous vacation spot.
I liked everything. There is no elevator, which may be a problem for individuals with mobility issues. No refrigerator in the room, but this seems to be the norm in Europe these days.

Constantino was exceptional! His help and communication truly made our stay outstanding! Perfect location, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, lovely balcony and breakfast at the nearby cafe was a nice touch.

A light, fresh and clean B&B perfect located near old town and the beaches. The host is very friendly and gave us a suggestion on a restaurant that gave us the best dinner experience we had so far on this road trip in Italy. I have nothing to complain about at all.
