Set in the exclusive Forest Hills enclave, this elegant retreat boasts breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the lush Royal Westmoreland Estate, enjoyed best from the spacious upper-level terraces where you can relax in comfort on the elegant seating and dine al fresco on the deck which incorporates and a six burner BBQ for your added enjoyment.
Step inside Paradise Villa, the epitome of Caribbean luxury and elegance, where island charm meets modern comfort. The open-plan living, dining, and sitting areas flow seamlessly onto sun-drenched terraces—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern conveniences you’d expect, from a dishwasher and microwave to a blender, toaster, and icemaker—ideal for preparing anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals.
Each of the three bedrooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned offering a peaceful sanctuary, with the master bedroom & bedroom two featuring private ensuite bathrooms and bedroom 3 has access to the third bathroom. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, the villa is designed to offer space, comfort, and a true home-away-from-home experience.
The private 11-acre manicured gardens of Forest Hills are for the exclusive us of the Forest Hills community and include a substantial communal pool deck with covered areas for those who like the shade and loungers and chairs for your relaxation. There are two swimming pools, one large where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or more demanding exercise or just relax in the crystal-clear waters and a second kids pool where little ones can splash and play in the shallow waters.
To make your stay even more relaxing, our wonderful housekeeper Marcille is on hand to keep the villa pristine and take care of laundry during your visit—so all you need to do is unwind and soak in the beauty of Barbados.
As guests in Paradise Villa, you have free access to the on-site facilities including, tennis, padel tennis, pickle ball, dining, air-conditioned gymnasium at the Sanctuary pool deck, and exclusive beach facilities at the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay. Plus, all guests at Paradise Villa benefit from discounted members guests access to the world-class Robert Trent-Jones Jr. designed championship golf course.

From 1st May, 2026, please expect a weekly charge for house guest membership cards. Charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy. If guests do not wish to use RWM amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.
