About this house rental
Sundowner Villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Westmoreland Hills. Situated at the top of a hill it boosts the best panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and sensational sunsets. This stunning four bedroom villa, each with its own en-suite bathroom is furnished with traditional Island decor from the renowned Archers Hall Design Centre, and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
Downstairs you will find the fully equipped open plan kitchen & cosy seating area, the large floor to ceiling glass bi-fold doors open out to an additional covered sitting and alfresco dining area with the large private infinity pool with sun loungers.
Each spacious bedroom has en suite bathroom. The master and queen bedrooms open out on to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and relish in the 180 degree views before starting your day. The master bedroom is our most generous sized bedroom, with a large walk-in shower and walk through wardrobe area. Finishing off the top floor would be bedroom 3 with another king size bed. Bedroom 4 with a queen size bed is situated on the entry level of the villa.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for guests use, and 2 full days housekeeping during your stay.

Do not hesitate to stay at this property. We had 5 adults and 3 children and this place worked perfectly for us. The only bad part is not wanting to leave the house during the day with the incredible views! We were able to use the beach privileges as well and found a relatively quiet and peaceful beach with beach bar and restaurant close by. Grocery stores are close by as is Holetown which has some shopping and dining options. Communication with the property manager was efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The house is beautiful, the service provided was less than we expected. Once they asked for our arrival flight information, we didn’t hear anything else from them until our 4th day when we had to ask about housekeeping. They did send someone from another villa to come clean, but that was it for the entire week. Nobody checked to see how our stay was going or if we needed anything. We have stayed at another Westmoreland Villa a couple of years ago and got much better service (daily housekeeping, great communication).
We would stay in this villa again (the view is beautiful) but I guess we would need to lower our expectations on the service provided.
