LOVE, FAMILY AND TRADITION....................AMELIA BY THE SEA
Unit 107 is a beautiful and well maintained ground floor, three bedroom, two bath condo. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest rooms have 2 full beds in one room and 1 full bed in the other.
The property in conveniently located so that from your patio you are only a few steps away from the ocean side amenities. You can enjoy sitting on your patio while your family swims and suns. There is no need to load up towels, beach bags and refreshment and go to the elevator. Simply walk outside and you have direct access to the pool, the boardwalk for beach access and our private fishing pier.
The 800 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The pool is located on the oceanside along with a community grill area that has tables and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There is also a tennis court on premises available for your use.
A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation.
Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

Directly across the street (walking distance) from the "Surf" restaurant which offers indoor dining as well as outdoor on a spacious deck often with live music. The highly rated, 27 -hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is only a two minute drive away from the condo.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

This was a great location and we were happy with the first floor unit. The condo was quite spacious and more than accommodated our family of five. We liked being just steps from the pool and beach. This was billed as a nonsmoking unit but there was an odor of someone who previously smoked inside the unit. That was the biggest drawback.
