We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property is secure and beautiful. Lots of things to do and go see in the area. I highly recommend it!!

The ocean view is unbeatable, truly fantastic!! We were a family of five and the spaciousness of the condo was truly amazing. Plenty of space both inside and out on the balcony. The only thing that we were REALLY disappointed in was the cleanliness of the condo. The bed linens were clean but the comforters were not. Also, many of the dishes had been put away dirty. The vent on the door leading into the closet in the living room was coated with a thick layer of dust and grime, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year! I am not a neat freak by any stretch, but we really felt like the overall condition was a bit gross. I spent alot of time cleaning when we first arrived. I will say that the bathrooms were clean, though. I'm not sure if the cleaning crew was rushed or what happened but definitely not ready for guests.
