Gris the housekeeper is the best, she make us feel very welcome and she was always ready to help and make the best of your stay, thanks a lot Gris.
having lots of luggage and the room assigned been upstairs was very difficult.

This was a very convenient location, easy to get taxis and ubers, and a 10 minute walk to areas with lots of restaurants, cafes, brunch spots, supermarket. The room and bed were comfortable, and facilities worked well. The wifi worked well through the stay.
Because there is no on-site host and it is all virtual, check in was difficult. I arrived at 8 PM, and wasn't able to enter as the code I initially received didn't work when I tried to open the front gate. Luckily another guest heard me and let me in which was lucky as I would otherwise have been stuck outside.
I eventually got in touch with the host who issued a new room number and code to me, which ended up working. I had no trouble entering the room afterwards.

Good location and good facilities.
Communication wasn’t easy, they have bot chats and staff giving different information, and the WiFi never worked for us in the 5 nights of our stay.
Bed was hard for our taste.
