I can definitely list only positives. It's close to the market, a few minutes' walk away. The owner is very helpful and in constant contact. The entire kitchen is available for use. Very clean. I'll rent a room in this complex as soon as I'm in Brasov.

Super clean place, fast responsive host. Easy to find parking nearby which was free at night.
Room was spacious and with good light.
They offers you also 10% discount at the restaurant across the street, where the food were tasty.

Convenient location. Well stocked kitchen
Heating could have been higher. Was a little cold in the mornings. Kitchen is downstairs so if have limited mobility it’s not accessible as no handrail
