    On the day we checked out was very sad leaving the hotel. We loved the view, the room and actually we love everything. Highly recommended please come and stay this place it’s a very special experienced for us as family.

    Went to Brasov to see the bran castle. We booked this room because we wanted to have a special time away and it was. We went to the reception and checked in and they were very pleasing. We meant to book a room with balcony but we mistakenly didn’t and so I’ve let the person at reception know that, unfortunately they couldn’t change our room to a balcony one because they were full but they still tried to help as much as possible. Everything in the room was spot on clean and the toilet was fully disinfected before our stay. I couldn’t recommend this room more, even if it’s a bit more pricey. 10/10

    The location is charming, on the hill on the way to Cetate, with nice outside sitting area. But my room and also my friends' room had weird, difficult to use bathrooms: small, narrow room whare you cannot access the toilet unless you go through the shower area. So after you shower, the whole floor all the way around the toilet gets flooded. Then you have to wait for the water to drain and eventually dry the floor using a towel to be able to access the toilet!

    They put us on the third floor which is ok BUT no elevator. I went to the front desk and told them that we had a lot of heavy luggage. They did not offer to help carry it up so I asked them for another room. That floor only had 27 steps. Thank god I lift weights so I carried it up. The air conditioning did not work so I asked them to send someone. I waited and wait and then I went down and told them I was still waiting. Finally they came up and sure enough the controller was broken. The shower worked great BUT it was a bathtub with and hand washer. I get that old European places have bathtubs with hand washers but this is a hotel so our up some curtains around the bathtub so I can stand up and use the hand washer without worrying about soaking the floor. The room are very nice but the staff needs to try saying thank you and your welcome and be more accommodating!!
