About this house rental
The entire second floor of our horse barn is 1000+ square feet of cozy enjoyment, featuring a queen bed in the bedroom, an open concept living room and full kitchen, a large bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a spacious entryway. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows for an additional two guests. Plus there is a 12’x36’ deck with a table, umbrella and four chairs, two Adirondack chairs and a gas grill.
It is cozy & private, yet so close to the many area attractions such as Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort (1.5 miles), Williams College & The Clark Art Institute (both 12 miles), Mass MoCA (17 miles) and Tanglewood (21 miles).
Take in the tranquility of mornings with coffee on the deck while watching the horses graze. Mid-day, grab a frozen pint glass from the freezer and enjoy your favorite beverage under the umbrella. In season, pick fresh vegetables from the back yard garden for a sunset dinner. During cooler months, fire up the patio heater to extend your outdoor time. Still hungry? Grab the S'mores from the kitchen and sit around the camp fire pit; perhaps you will hear a coyote howl in the distance.
Inside, the pellet stove provides additional warmth and ambiance. Roku smart TV's in the living room and bedroom provide many entertainment options.

Absolutely incredible weekend! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the weekend. My toddler loved having the horses (and tractor so accessible). My dog loved having a ton of property to check out. My husband and I loved having Jiminy Peak so close! Finally, the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here 3 nights. The plan was to ski but was too cold . We stayed on the property and played games and went snowshoeing on the property instead it was amazing the owners go above and beyond with everything. Perfect place to stay with a Dog

Very clean place, super cozy and very relaxing! Such a great place, owners are very nice and welcoming, and such cute welcome gifts when we arrived! Would absolutely stay again!

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays! Kyle is an incredible host. The barn 2nd floor condo was perfect for our family of 4. The unit is spacious, very clean, and the views of the horses is so special. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out couch with mattress topper. As a bonus, Kyle brought down carrots for my horse obsessed daughter to feed the horses. He also offered for our kids to use the sleds and hill in front of their home - which they happily did! Jiminy Peak is 5 minutes down the road. We lucked out with wonderful skiing conditions and fresh snow each morning. Thank you for such a memorable stay. We would love to return again!
