Looks nice. Better on the outside. The ground floor rooms do not have much privacy. Not much hot water either.
Does not seem that your present is appreciated much. A little dog puppy kept yelping day and night.

Not much
Very cold in the room. Altough cold and humid outside, when i arrived, the door was wide open. The AC did not work to heat up and was very loud. The room was full of spider webs. The hot water boiler could barely be enough for 1 person to take a very quick shower.
