Laketown Wharf 1333 offers a lake view from the balcony as well as a central Panama City Beach loacation with the beach and Pineapple Willys located directly across the street. 24 hour security is available where you will pickup up your wrist bands and parking pass. Convenient walkovers from the parking garage allow for easy elevator access. Walmart, Wonderworks, and Ripleys are within walking distance as well as a good selection of restaurants. The first floor of the condo unit includes Juan Taco and The Wharf restaurant. Newly opened is 810 Billiards and Bowling which offers arcade, bowling, billiards, ax and dart throwing, and sports simulators. Food and drinks available as well as many TV's to watch your sporting events. This spacious condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a comfortable king bed and a 43" TV in each br. There is a sofa sleeper in the family room plus twin bunks in the hallway nook. FR has a 55" TV! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with new range, microwave, and refridgerator. This unit has a new washer and dryer also. The oversized balcony is a great place to relax and watch the nightly musical water show. The many amenities include 5 POOLS! 1 heated, 1 kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs and a two story fitness center.

Additional fee (300) for Cleaning, Upon booking, you will receive an email to register guests by individual name and you will pay for property fees at that time which cover use of pools, parking, and fitness facility.
Once registered, you can print your parking passes. If you arrive without parking pass, you will be provided a temporary pass until you can get pass printed at Concierge Desk (open 9am - 10pm).
Wristbands will be located on the kitchen counter. These wristbands are reusable; they must be left in the unit on the counter upon departure. There will be a $35 charge for each missing wristband. Wristbands must be replaced if lost for $25 at the Concierge desk. Please be responsible with the bands so we can keep the costs associated with the bands to a minimal level.

The operation of the elevators was absolutely the worst part of this trip. Collectively as a group, we probably spent close to an hour a day waiting on elevators. Then 5 out of the 7 days, half of them were broken. We were on the 13th floor so we unfortunately had to climb the stairs several times. The room itself was very nice and clean and accommodated 10 people well. One major deduction was the lack of kitchenware. There were no baking dishes, less than 10 forks, and little to no storage containers. The room was a great stay, but the hotel itself was not the best. Very crowded and several areas (the pools mostly) lacked cleanliness. Also, given the sheer size of the hotel, the beach was incredibly packed every single day.

Customer service was so rude whenever we called downstairs. They never knew anything and they always had attitudes. The owner of the condo was amazing though.
