About this apartment rental
We have prepared for you a luxury holiday home in which you can retire undisturbed for example:
- spend a romantic weekend with your sweetheart / loved one;
- celebrate your birthday or bachelor party;
-a time to be alone;
- as accommodation for the Hanover Fair.
In the upper area there is a private bedroom with a cozy box spring bed. A bathroom is right in the room next door, another small in the lower area. In the upper area you can use the relax area to relax or let us set up another bed for several visitors. In the lower area, use the whirlpool which is in the middle of the living room. The large flat screen TV with X-Box or Internet is in the view area of the Jacuzzi free of charge. A fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to take care of yourself or to take our breakfast booked. The enclosed garden offers not only private privacy but also its own sauna and other seating. In the immediate vicinity of the house you have the opportunity for long walks or visit the many restaurants next door. The city center of Hannover can be reached in 20 minutes by car or you can also take the tram which starts directly from the village.

The property was luxuriously spacious and airy with beautiful art and decor throughout. All the modern conveniences were available and yet it was peaceful, even cozy. The bucolic location and historic architecture were especially beautiful for us as non locals. Our host was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs. It was a
welcome respite in the middle of a two week tour of Germany.

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen 👍🏻
Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür.
Im Schlafbereich fehlten uns dunkle Rollos, da man mit den hellen im Sommer doch sehr früh wach wurde. Wie so Vieles ist dieses aber nicht für jeden relevant.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei sehr sympathischen Gastgebern.
Für die Bezeichnung "Luxus" fehlten mir allerdings ein paar Dinge.
- Keine Seife auf der kleinen Toilette
- Keine Duschmatte vor der Dusche
- fehlende Ausstattung in der Küche (kein Backpapier, keine Auflaufform, nur eine Pfanne, nur 4 Wassergläser obwohl ein Aufenthalt mit 5 Personen möglich wäre)
- Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend
- Wandfarbe immer wieder ausgebessert und sehr fleckig
- Umgebung doch sehr laut. Auch am Sonntag wurde viel gearbeitet und dies auch sehr früh.
- Keine Plissees im Schlafzimmer und bei der Terrassentür (Nachbarn können ins Schlafzimmer sehen und der Blick auf den Whirlpool ist auch gegeben)
Zu der Unterkunft selber:
Die obere Etage mit Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Entspannungsbereich sind sehr schön eingerichtet und würde ich so auch privat einrichten. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich.
Das Erdgeschoss fand ich persönlich nicht so gemütlich. Der Raum wirkte ein wenig kalt. Hier mochten wir uns nicht gerne aufhalten.
Ich gebe, auf Grund der vielen "Mängel", nur 3 Sterne. Für viele mag die Saune und der Whirlpool für die Bezeichnung "Luxus" ausreichen - für mich allerdings nicht.
