Excellent location and nice, clean rooms.
The photos on the site are somewhat misleading. I've discovered that more parts of the house are available for guests, and it is hard to say which picture belongs to your chosen place.
It is located in the basement and features only one shower, along with the toilet. This is still okay, but after one shower, you'll need a big rubber boot because the water floods all around the shower, except for the shower drain.
Despite the excellent location and cleanliness, I wouldn't go again with more people, especially not for more than a few days, because of the shower.
