About this house rental

The Strandkate - near the beach, quiet. Fireplace, large garden to the south and sun terraces!

Our 3-star holiday house or our 3-star apartment "Strandkate" is located in the quiet cottage area Jellenbek the municipality Schwedeneck (Baltic Sea) only 150 meters from the fine sandy natural beach.
A nice apartment or a nice house needs of course enough space. The Strandkate can accommodate up to 6 people. These will feel very comfortable in the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living room with dining room (separated by the open fireplace). On the 700 m² south facing lawn with terrace and patio is space for your activities, for barbecues with friends or just for sunbathing.
By the way, dogs are welcome in Strandkate (on the ground floor), on the upper floor we keep dogs (hair) free out of consideration for dogless guests.
And the answer to the most common question last year: yes, the Strandkate has Wi-Fi - and access is included in the price for guests.
The Strandkate is to rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The indicated prices refer to a booking with 2 persons, each additional person costs per week 80 € (child 40 €). In summer, a city tax is charged by the community (10 € per week per person over 16 years).

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen Nähe Ostseestrand. Die Strandkate hat einen ganz besonderen Charm: mit dem offenen Kamin, der einfachen, aber gut bestückten Küche, dem Dielenboden und der ruhigen Umgebung kann man sich dort gut erholen. Wir waren im Dezember/Januar in der Strandkate und haben uns trotz schlechten Wetters gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die unkomplizierte und freundliche Art der Familie Lingnau hat sein Übriges dazu beigetragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
