Elross Hotel

Location is great, next to authentic bakery, you can also buy fresh fruit the same street. The walking distance is 10 minutes to the metro, the street is beautiful and with a lot of shadow from the trees. The view of Yerevan and Ararat from the balcony on the third floor where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean pool area, sparkling clean reception and hall. Loved the safety, the door can only be open by the owners.

The location is near enough to city. Swimming pool is nice and staff are attentive. Got nice fresh fruits from staff.

nice small pool which was great to cool down after walking around the city and all the rooms were very clean. tv in room which was good. coffee making facilities.

firstly there was massive misunderstanding regarding the booking, we had booked two rooms one twin and one double but when we turned up we had a small room with a double and some sort of sofa bed which was not comfy at all. we arrived very late from the airport, the taxi driver had real trouble finding the place, they have a sign but its really hard to see in the dark, there was a woman standing out side so we asked her if it was the hotel, she just blanked us and continued to look at the phone, turns out she works there! eventually we realised it was the hotel and in we went, it was nearly 1am. once inside we were told the room wasn't ready, all three of us were shattered, no refreshments offered or even a welcome. then there was the massive mix up with the rooms as mentioned above, we were offered a discount which we accepted. on departure we had a bit of a wait in reception before our taxi was due, we were again offered no refreshments and were told there was no toilet we could use. the hotel is nothing special, in an average location and the staff really need a bit of customer service training.
