Great place, I highly recommend, very helpful staff.

Really nice and cozy place, nice location, lovely staff. The pool area is really nice and breakfast is delicious.

extremely unfriendly staff. we arrived at night and the host didn’t say even “hello” to us, she didn’t smile, she could hardly tell us any word. we just wanted to disappear from this hotel. There isn’t any key from front door so you need to ring the bell every time when you go out. It is very inconvenient and you feel as you disturb the family or the staff gives you such impressions. In the morning as we checked out it turned out the it is a problem to pay by card, we had to wait but our taxi was waiting for us so we just mad an online-transfer vis Sberbank. I don’t know why other people write so many good words about the hosts but I think it happens when you stay more than a night and you buy other services like renting a car or excursions here. when you don’t, then you would probably come across this cold face and no words: never Hello or Good bye. Although the room is great but we will never return to this hotel and I would never advise it to anybody who would like to get to know Armenia and good, friendly, welcoming Armenian people
