A Casa da Barra está muito bem localizada, num lugar sossegado, onde se ouve os passarinhos, o que torna perfeita para um bom descanso. As instalações são amplas e as traseiras da casa têm uma vista deslumbrante para um monte verdejante. As camas confortáveis e limpas. As toalhas de banho imaculadas e cheirosas.
As áreas comuns, ao contrário do resto da casa, precisam de maior cuidado e limpeza. Armários e louça suja, o balcão da cozinha pegajoso devido ao verniz que está a sair e os sofás que estão a precisar de uma reforma.
