About this house rental
Walk to UF, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, O'Connell Center, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the outdoors on the large multi-level deck, especially on football weekends. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are welcoming. You can bike to downtown or reach the mall or archer road with a 10 minute drive.
This home accommodates large groups easily but is still cozy for only a few. There are plenty of spaces where you can sit and enjoy the company of others or find a space to have for yourself. The backyard has a deck with two seating areas and additional space for entertaining. All rooms in the house except for the living room and dining room can be closed off from the rest of the house so you can work in peace if need be. We have installed a Nest thermostat and have a (Hidden by Airbnb) Home to help make your stay as effortless as possible. The kitchen has ample counter space for preparing a meal for large groups.

This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and is larger than it looks from the outside.
The owner has graciously provided coffee, filters, cream & sugar, along with plenty of trash bags, dishwasher liquid and dish soap, laundry soap, bar soap in the bathrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, and many other things you might have forgotten to pack.
While there are many kitchen items to help you prepare gourmet meals at home, be aware that there is only 1 frying pan and there is not a cookie sheet.
The owner's response was quick and check-in was easy.
For entertainment, there are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. They also have a number of board games for family fun. A very large multi-level outdoor deck with a gas grill allows for plenty of space for cookouts.
i would definitely stay here again.

Our host, Alex was very responsive in answering questions ahead of booking, and during our stay he dropped off a box cookies which was a wonderful, thoughtful surprise.

The property is in perfect condition, you do not need anything because it is perfectly equipped.
We feel super comfortable and safe. It is perfectly located, close to UF and everything you need, Walmart, Publix, gas station, etc. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly to messages. I hope to come back soon !
