The home features comfortable guest rooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower, tub, or tub/shower combination. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, even poolside.
Relax in the heated outdoor pool (small fee November–March) or unwind under the stars in the year-round hot tub. Guests can step directly out the back door to access scenic hiking trails with panoramic skyline views and a short walk to one of Sedona’s well-known vortex sites.

Please note: A separate, fully self-contained studio cottage is located behind the main house and may occasionally be rented during your stay. The views are amazing! Location is perfect! Pool and Hot tub were clean. House was clean, plenty of space. Host was very responsive and polite. The ONLY negative we experienced were ants in the kitchen. They had an exterminator come out asap but unfortunately it did not totally resolve the problem. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would absolutely come back again!

Absolutely beautiful property, and the views are breathtaing. House is a bit dated, but was so great that everyone had their own bedroom with a bathroom for our group of 7 people. The dining room table sat everyone and was where we spent a lot of time playing games and hanging out once the sun went down. The bed mattresses should all be replaced, they are very worn our and have noticable indents. Also, the pool could use a heater, the water temp was 55 degrees, so we were not able to enjoy it at all. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Sedona.

We had a very nice visit at Saddle Rock Ranch. The house is beautiful but older. You should see the view.

We’d been planning a family get together since the beginning of the year, traveling from Alaska, Colorado, California & Washington. The one line picture looked perfect!! The view was amazing!!
The inside of the house was ok, but the ants were everywhere.. the owner must have known of because there were bait everywhere.
My main disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated. I probably wouldn’t have chosen this place had I know we were not going to be able to use the pool..
But the location was perfect, sunset/rise were amazing.
