About this house rental

'Panoramic Heights' is a large (3000-square-foot), custom-built, luxury southwest (pueblo-style) house in a centrally-located area of West Sedona. The home was furnished and decorated with an elegant southwest theme including native American art. With 11-foot ceilings throughout, 'Panoramic Heights' is spacious and luxurious, with breathtakingly gorgeous, unobstructed, panoramic views of Sedona's famous red rock formations and mountains. The home has new carpet and tile, and kitchen and bathrooms have lovely tilework throughout.

Panoramic Heights has two bedroom wings (split floorplan), with a central living area (great room), with a hot tub under a gazebo off back patio. The home has all the amenities of a four-star resort, and is perfect for family reunions, special family occasions, or an intimate retreat for two.

Walls of windows with spectacular panoramic views - with the most famous red rock formations in Sedona: Thunder Mountain, Soldier's Pass, Chimney Rock, and Coffee Pot Rock. A short walk up the road from the home leads to one of the most scenic lookouts and trails in Sedona, as well as a vortex!

The gourmet kitchen has Sub-zero refrigerator, Jenn-Aire and GE appliances, and is fully-equipped for the gourmet cook.

All mattresses were recently replaced in 2024 (all are now Serta Perfect Sleeper, Sleep Excellence Pillowtop mattresses). The primary suite has a King bed, queen sleeper sofa, large bathroom with soaking tub and separate tiled shower, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The primary suite opens to a private patio with fabulous red rock views. The other three bedrooms have a king bed, queen and twin, day bed and trundle. All beds have top-quality bedding, including high quality sheets and cozy down comforters.

The home is filled with books, music, and movies for your use. We also have two portable cribs, a highchair, toys, and children's videos, for your use!

We also have wireless, high-speed internet access for renters.

'Panoramic Heights' is walking distance to several gorgeous hiking trails (the popular Airport Lookout is just up the hill, with several trail options), and short drive (less than five minute) to most the red rock hiking trails in Sedona! Also walking or a short drive to shopping and galleries, gourmet restaurants, jeep tours, and two golf courses. This is truly a special home - perfect for your special vacation!

Absolutely unforgettable stay!We had an incredible time at this beautiful home—it truly exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views from the living room and master bedroom were nothing short of breathtaking, and soaking in the hot tub while taking it all in was pure bliss. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of seven, with room to spread out and relax. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the easy access to stunning sunrise and sunset spots just a mile away. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

This home in Sedona was outstanding. Not only are there incredible views from the living room windows, but from a porch as well. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-equipped, well stocked kitchen. We greatly appreciated the lovely decor which gave it a homey feel.

The home was amazing, everything we could have hoped for and more. Spacious layout with ample sleeping and lounge areas, perfect location. The host communicated early and often. We were able to get around town in rental cars and early flights were easy to catch in an Uber to Flagstaff. 10/10 would stay here again.

This home faces an amazing view which might be overshadowed only by the helpfulness of the host who has prepared information about directions from the Phoenix airport, favorite sites within a day’s reach, favorite family and upscale restaurants…..who could wont for more? Ah, the wildlife (think javelinas) that grace the neighborhood are a great additional touch. I have stayed at more than a few VRBOs and this one is at the very top of the list of amazing places.

This home is both extremely quiet with amazing red rock views and in an amazing location near the center of town. The windows and natural light are absolutely fantastic. This home is particularly well stocked with disposable items: laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher detergent and kitchen cleaning supplies. The hot tub is great. We enjoyed the front patio seating/table to watch the sunset (this was a nice surprise b/c not in the photos). We would have preferred a higher quality mattress in the main bedroom and TVs with more modern connection types to watch downloaded/streaming movies. Overall, you will not be disappointed with this choice. Even our teenagers were impressed.

Outstanding panoramic views of Sedona's iconic red rock formations as you stand in the living room with huge windows. Gas fireplace, three bathrooms and four bedrooms make a comfortable retreat in this quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and gourmet restaurants, as well as preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen. Check out the Mesa Grill just up the road. This was our second stay, and we will be back!

The property is in a great location, close to the Sedona Shuttle for hikes and walking distance to the airport hike. It was close to shops for groceries as well. The home is beautiful with amazing views of the red rocks. The owner is very responsive and kind. You can't go wrong with this home!

This place was perfect for our two families to spend 5 days in Sedona. The house has an amazing view from the living room, is well apportioned, and is in a great location for hikes, mountain biking, and short trips into town. The photos online undersell the home as it is in person. We appreciated that the kitchen gad some spices and dry goods for use so we didn’t need to purchase salt, pepper, dish soap, hand soap, and other everyday items. The beds were comfortable for the four adults and we were able to easily accommodate the 5 kids between the remaining beds. One red rock pass and garage access were available and appreciated, but we kept forgetting to use both. Sedona is amazingly beautiful and can’t imagine anyone regretting spending time there.

Our family of four joined up with a family of five for a shared spring break road trip adventure from the Bay Area to Sedona. We spent our entire week at this lovely home and it did not disappoint. The house was spacious enough for three kids to share one room, two kids to share another (the library with a daybed and trundle), and for the two couples to have their own rooms, as well. On top of this, the common spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room) were roomy and inspiring, with an enormous window in the main room to give us the feeling of being out in nature even when we were indoors. The home is well-located, with hiking trails, mountain biking trails and good road biking all accessible from the home and in close driving distance to restaurants and shops downtown. The attention to decor and furniture left us feeling at ease and truly on break, even with all the little kids around. The hot tub was essential in our choosing the spot, and it proved to be no nonsense exactly as described. We brought our bikes with us and there was plenty of room in the garage to store them safely there. Spring in Sedona is beautiful and we're glad we made the trip, couldn't have done it without this perfect home.

This VRBO was a perfect fit for 2 large families in Sedona. To start, the views were amazing. It was clean and the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many). We definitely took advantage of the walk up to the Airport Loop, the short drive to town and loved the Boynton Canyon Trail. Sedona was awesome and this was a perfect place to stay. Thank you !

Rental and communication were easy. Location was great. Walkable to many places- even with small kids. House was great! Much larger than anticipated. Stayed with myself, husband, my parents, sister and 4 kids (ranging in age from 18mo-16 yrs) and had plenty of space. Would use again if headed to Sendona in the future!

We loved staying in Sedona! The views this house provides are breathing!!! The house was homey, clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with the dishwasher but it was taken care of very quickly. My only complaints were aesthetics. I would have loved better lighting in the great room and bedrooms. Other than that we all enjoyed the house and hot tub very much!!
