Luxury Residences 3-Bedroom Pool Villa Beach Access, Na Jomtien Pattaya

We like that the house is spacious and good space for family with nice pool and easy to get to the beach not far reach and in good location. Grandparents are happy kid is happy. Bbq was one of the most useful item for us 😆 Would have been better if breakfast service is included in the price tho

Minor things that should probably be improved For your references and these are based on our experiences and hopefully these are constructive criticism for the management.. 1: The floor wasn’t really clean the whole time we were there. 2: the wooden cabinets are so aged, doors also, especially the main bedroom which is right under the aircon is musky. For the price we paid we expected slightly better condition on things that could possibly bring us comfort.. 3:said three bathroom*but only one big bath shower upstairs n one shower shared btw the two bedrooms downstairs the other shower is a maid’s room like nearly hanging on top of the toilet was a bit uncool to claim as ‘bathroom’ since can’t really make anyone use it. And we thought we booked n paid that price for 3 beds 3 (actual)bathrooms..as described in the listings 4. Please change the living room couch to sth more comfortable and maybe replace the little sofa in the bedroom coz it has ‘marks’ … or professional clean it or maybe just remove it completely. 5. Instead of offering guests those reused and extra large flip flops for the guests maybe consider those white ones ,the one time hotel flops for use in the bedrooms too would add some sort of appreciation in details for guests.. Other than that nothing else to comment it was a generally good time we had.

La villa est incroyable, grande, équipée avec soin, décoré avec goût, c'est le paradis!!!!
