We booked very short-term after a sailing trip and decided to spend the last night at a nice hotel instead of on the boat. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the villa was ready even before the official check-in time. It is very spacious and quite nicely furnished.
We must say we were very disappointed not to be able to use the Mövenpick hotel facilities, even though we booked a "Mövenpick 3-Bedroom Villa". But the villas are run by a company called "Sea U Pattaya" and have nothing to do with Mövenpick, which we found very misleading, if not deceptive, in the description and how it is advertised. Also, two huge dead cockroaches were in our Master bedroom when we arrived... So the cleaning was obviously not very thorough.
