Located at 811 Mississippi Avenue Northshore, This 700 square foot apartment with 10-ft ceilings and hardwood floors is located 1.2 mi from Erlanger hospital and 2.6, mi from chi Memorial and Parkrigde hospitals. It's also a mile and a half from the center of downtown Chattanooga. If you like the charm of an older home, then you'll love this apartment! It's located in a house that was converted into apartments in the 1940s. Every apartment has their own front door Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
The apartment has been listed on another website for 10 years. it has 500+ five-star reviews. For a one-bedroom apartment, it is quite spacious you'll have the 10-ft ceilings in the hardwood floors. All of the windows have coverings. The grounds surrounding the building are covered in beautiful gardens. These gardens are maintained by the property owner and manager, Adrienne Powell. This apartment features a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen size bed and the kitchen is fully stocked (stainless pots, dishes, assortment of glasses, coffee, tea, coffee maker, toaster, microwave,stainless flatware stove, dishwasher, refrigerator). The apartment is Extremely clean! Linens and towels provided are 100% cotton. This is a quiet private one-bedroom apartment with its own keypad entry door. The apartment also features a walk-in closet in the bedroom, a dining area in the living room, and a desk. There are two air conditioning units, one in the bedroom and living room. These rooms also both have ceiling fans.
TV is in the living room and has an antenna with access to several major networks. High speed Wireless Internet is provided.

The apartment has a two-person maximum occupancy. This is 24/7. I have this policy in place so that the building maintains a quiet atmosphere.

Apt #2 was awesome. It was very clean and the internet worked great. We cooked dinner each night and had all that we needed. Publix grocery store is close. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We would stay there again for sure. Great place.

The apartment in this North Chattanooga home was immaculate in cleanliness and decorated in a tasteful and artistic manner. We had every amenity we needed. Extra towels, blankets, access to Netflix, coffee, hairdryer, etc. The host Adrienne thought of everything. Although close to the road, it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. The host even recommended several restaurants, to include vegan options which was nice. She even suggested some places to watch the sunset and sunrise since it was our anniversary weekend. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.
