Water Front Living-Gulf Access- Near Gulf Beaches

The house was clean and well located. Roman was easy to work with. There were lots of thoughtful extra things in the house like sunscreen, bug spray, coffee filters, sugar, spices, and laundry detergent to name a few. There were also kayaks and bikes at your disposal. The kitchen needed more dishes, cups, and plates. There was only a set of 5 for almost everything - 5 wine glasses, 5 plates, etc. All the outside furniture needed refurbishing or replacing. The river was lovely but it was too hot to sit out most of the time because there was no shade. An umbrella would have helped with that. All and all we were pleased and would definitely stay there again.

The home is thoughtfully supplied and very comfortable. We felt like we were in a private compound & when we closed that gate behind us we did not want to be anywhere else. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. The balcony is a wonderful place for morning coffee or twilight meal. The host very accommodating, even the neighbors were super friendly. We had a boat with us for our stay. The boat ramp was so convenient. While there is plenty of water to tie up overnight, we would caution to be extra mindful of the tide charts & be sure you can navigate in shallow waters (under 2ft in some places) if heading out to the Gulf. We fortunately followed a neighbor, who was going out for the day, and learned the best route. The river is absolutely beautiful with many wild areas & mangroves. We had 5 bald eagle spottings! A record for us for sure! Highly, very highly recommend to anyone who would enjoy a peaceful stay.

This location on the water was very peaceful! The home was welcoming. We would stay here again

Comfortable place to stay not adequately cleaned ! Lack of owner fixing a complaint or communicating when contacting him. Feel cleaning fee should be refunded after we had to spend our first day cleaning floors, windows and sinks. Also had problems with insects! Supplies were not sufficient for length of stay! Outdoor equipment not as listed bikes flat tires only two paddles for 3 boats. Dock hazardous to use falling in. We reached out to owner twice and He didn’t follow thru.
