About this house rental
Beautiful updated 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a 1 car garage that will sleep 8 in a pleasant community. Located in a golf course community off of the Anclote River and just minutes to Tarpon Springs Sponge docks and the Gulf of Mexico. Easy driving distance to Tampa, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg. Tampa Airport is just 45 minutes driving distance. Large dining table and a porch. Children welcome!

Four of us stayed here for a week and the place was everything I could have asked for. I had messaged the owners before our stay asking if there was a grill on the property and they said yes. When we got there didn’t initially see it then about a half hour after getting there the owner brought the charcoal grill will some charcoal and lighter fluid over for us to use. The house in conveniently close to the gulf and everything we wanted to do down there. I definitely would recommend and stay there again.

The home was clean. The neighborhood is nice - minutes from Tarpon Springs. The owner/property manager left fresh fruit for us. But some of the appliances were in need of repair. Fridge hummed. I couldn't get the dishwasher to work (I also didn't ask so that was my own fault), the dryer sometimes worked but sometimes didn't. Faucets in both bathroom showers did not work right. One constantly leaked (master bath), and the other poured out of faucet even when shower was supposed to be fully on. Pillows on master bed were old and not comfy/fluffy. Overall we were a little under-whelmed.
