We really enjoyed staying at this property. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was helpful for our party. The bathrooms are small, but had everything that you would need.The property is quite close to a street, but there is a separate property closer to the street. Thus this property was very quiet.The property is located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops.Parking was on-street and a bit hit miss as to whether a close spot could be found. However, we did not see this as an issue.We definitely would stay again.

Good property. Great location. Upstairs gets a bit warm and thermostat can’t be adjusted. Little difficulty with communication about linens and parking passes but management was quick to respond to my questions/problems.

Photos are misleading. Unit needs a refresh-walls banged up, chipped paint t/o.Outside patio was something to be desired; dirty, no cushions on bench. Grill was covered with a layer of dirt and bird droppings. Yard had garbage and very unkempt. Unit floors dirty; food crumbs t/o unit. Two dirty socks found in master bed-pretty sure linens weren't changed. Fans in bedrooms caked with dust, stair well railing filthy; we avoided touching it at all. Was there with sister for girls trip that we had been planning for 2 yrs. We had issues for 2 nights with unit beside us being loud and disruptive until 2-3 am; Stay Duvet was responsive in reaching out to their management company to try and help.Charleston was great but I would pass on this unit. Disappointed.
